I was thrilled to be chosen to be the Greek chef behind the recipe boxes of the Cookaway
I loved the Indian and Japanese dishes I had tried and I am very excited that the company entrusted me to devise Greek menus for their service.
The food of Cookaway represents the real home-cooked food people eat in the countries of origin and I am so happy that their UK based customers will be able to cook at home authentic Greek recipes with little Irini touches here and there.
The recipe boxes will be available in the spring of 2022 and I can’t wait!
