There are parts of my life, and pieces of my story, that don’t fit neatly under food, culture, travel, or lifestyle. They live in the in-between — memories from my Cretan childhood, the moments when cooking became more than just feeding people, the lessons I’ve carried from strangers and friends, and even the best compliment I’ve ever received.
This is the space where I write without a recipe, without a plan, and often without knowing where the words will take me. Some days it may be a story from my kitchen, other days a reflection on kindness, resilience, or community. It might be a glimpse into the things I treasure or the experiences that have shaped the person I am today.
Unscripted is simply that — me, sharing as honestly as I can, in my own words.
