On 4th July, I was thrilled to cook for Stuart’s family (he was celebrating a special birthday) at the beautiful Cark Manor. An 8 course dinner with some fabulous Greek wines recommended by me, it is fair to say the event was enjoyed by all, guests and cooking and serving team. It is always great when the atmosphere is relaxed, everyone works in harmony and the guests are determined to have a good time!
