This was not the first time that I collaborated with Greek importer Odysea. But it was a lovely occasion and my demo of a number of canapes for the festive period using wonderful Greek produce mainly from jars and bottles was standing room only. It was so lovely to be sent photos afterwards of what some of those present re-created in their own homes!
