This was the second time that I was invited to help organise an event featuring Vermouth Di Torino, Pecorino Cheese, Amalfi Lemons and Kalamata Olives. The event took place at the London seat of The Guild Of Fine Food in Southwark Street (a space that I love from the Great Taste Awards days that I spend there as a judge) and guests were fellow judges, members of the Guild. The very talented Jessica Summer of Mouse & Grape paired the vermouths with the different types of pecorino cheese and I had the opportunity to show case all the produce in a cocktail and canapes I designed especially.
