Big, big day!! What I had worked on for almost a year was out! My baby, my first born, my book in which I poured, heart, soul and mind. All my memories, all my food experiences growning up and all the people who influenced my culinary journey have been recorded in Under The Olive Tree. I am very proud and emotional every time I think of the book, never mind take it into my hands! It is for sale on Amazon, Waterstones, Foyles, The Book Depository and so many other places over the internet, sadly again because of Covid! I was so looking forward to signing copies and meeting fans. This sadly has to wait!
