A wonderful event marking 20 years of the current format of MasterChefUK was held in the stunning space of Fishmongers Hall. Most of the winners, finalists, critics and visiting chefs were there as was Frank Rodham the creator of the competition.
The menu was inspired and comprised elements of winning dishes, the starter including my red mullet savoro.
