On 30th June, I (working with the resident team of Six Park Place housing the Royal Overseas League Club) delivered to the members a six course tasting menu with favourite recipes of mine, some out of my book Under The Olive Tree (recipes from my Greek kitchen) with Greek wines paired by the talented sommelier Terry Kandylis. Everyone loved the high phenolic oil we served instead of butter too, courtesy of Odysea. Everyone loved the evening and I was invited back for more events!
