On the 11th August, I cooked at a friend’s restaurant in the picturesque village of Koutouloufari in Crete, Villa Iokasti Restaurant.
It is always thrilling to meet foodies, followers on social media who after time feel more like friends and have the opportunity to showcase the best Greek cuisine has to offer! It was lovely to see people travel from the other end of the island to sample my food and have it compared favourably to that of well known and respected or Michelin star awarded UK chefs!
