One of the most thrilling experiences for me resulting from winning MasterChef continues to be giving talks where at the end guests approach to tell me how inspired they are as a result. One such occasion was a tent talk and book signing at the nearby Beetham Nurseries in the morning of 28th July 2023. A small but intimate 30 persons crowd gave us all the opportunity to chat at the end and share food and other stories! Such a great start to my weekend!
