June 2023 ended with a wonderful event organised by the Evening Standard for the Greek National Tourism Organisation and the UK tour operator On The Beach at the Limin Club in Gabriel Wharf, London. I was honoured to be invited to design and cook the canapes offered to 200 lucky winners of tickets for the night. I also gave a food demo and guests were able to make their own pottery, were treated to delicious Metaxa cocktails, danced Greek, tried olive oil, honey and wines. A few holidays to Greece were won too so all in all many happy and smiley faces on the night!
