I was thrilled to be invited to one of my favourite local pubs to hold an evening of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and that the event was sold out. A olive oil tasting and talk was followed by a meal designed, cooked and served with extra virgin olive oil and it was heartwarming to see how engaged the diners were. I know that some guests left determined to select only the best going forward!
