Before I became ill and after I recovered with Covid 19 and while we were all in lockdown in the UK, I turned to chefs and others I long admired and liked to collaborate over in live sessions. I was lucky enough to cook twice with the fabulous Maria Elia whose books I love, Jilly McCord and Delia Asser (my co-finalists in the MasterChef competition 2019) Assimakis Chaniotis, a one micheln star Greek chef in London’s Pied A Terre, Simon Rogan awarded a total of 6 michelin stars for his restaurants in the UK and Hong Kong as well as the talented young Greek chefs Charis Nikolouzos who cooks in two restaurants in Greece and Chef Sperxos who cooks in Dubai. I also very much enjoyed the live with the lovely psychologist Dr Chloe Mitchell and Olive Oil expert Carola Dummer. All of them great fun and I hope informative for those attending!
