I was invited by Nestle to attend and mark young Catering professionals who were competing for front and back of house awards. I had some lovely food, met some very determined and professional young people and kept company with very talented chefs fellow judges like these on the photo. Soon after, I fell ill with Covid 19 and the next two months were wiped off my calendar.
