I was approached by this family owned hotel chain who manage two hotels in Crete to collaborate in celebration of the relaunch of Iberostar Selection Creta Marine after its refurbishment and 5 star award. I created a menu for the hotel’s Cretan a la carte restaurant Vegghera and shared the menu and other things I love about the area with a group of young influencers who spent a few days at the hotel. John and I had the opportunity to also enjoy the hotel facilities as guests. Loved my time there but more than anything loved meeting and working with the people both in Majorca where I travelled to in order to have the dishes filmed and photographed and in Crete where I had the opportunity to cook again for a couple of events.
