No sooner was I back from Crete and I found myself designing recipes for the SMWS and was photographed by the talented Victoria Sedgwick for the magazine. John being a member of the Society, had given me the opportunity to try many of their whiskies and I had great fun playing with various expressions, the Greek Spoon Sweet one being a favourite!
