Truly enjoyed my Sunday 10.00 am slot at this extremely well attended festival where I had the chance to buy and use local produce as well as some excellent olive oil from Eastern Crete. I cooked two dishes, a prawn and feta saganaki that was served to all to try on some freshly cooked flatbreads and mackerel brought in on the day boats the previous day.
