A one month long festival (Lesvos Food Fest), being held digitally this ‘covid’ year to which I was delighted to participate and invite Spyros Mariatos of Cheesy Cakes.
These are a few of the things I made (Spyros made ouzo flavoured white chocolate cheesecake truffles):
Tartes Fines with ouzo flavoured tomato sauce, caramelised onion and smoked mackerel
Filo tarts filled with ouzo and tomato flavoured cream cheese topped with marinated fresh tomatos and anchovies
Fig Molasses scones with double cream and candied tomatoes, and
Filo tarts with Greek yogurt, whipped cream and strawberries macerated in rose flavoured vinegar.
