I’m Hilary Crosby, a Pilates instructor and rehabilitation practitioner with over 25 years’ experience working in physiotherapy departments in hospitals and health centres. Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand how Pilates can transform the way we move, feel, and age — improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and bone density while reducing stiffness and pain. More recently, I’ve noticed a welcome shift, with GPs recognising its value and even prescribing Pilates to their patients.
At our retreats, I lead gentle but effective Pilates sessions tailored to all abilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already practise regularly, I adapt the movements to individual needs, helping you build stability, strength, and confidence in your body.
One of the real joys of our retreats is practising Pilates outdoors. The natural light, fresh air, and warmth of Greece or Morocco make muscles more supple, encourage deeper breathing, and bring an added sense of calm. Combined with time to rest — whether floating in the pool, relaxing in shaded gardens, or unwinding with a hammam or massage — the whole experience nurtures both body and mind.
Of course, well-being isn’t only about movement. Food is equally important, and this is where Irini brings her passion. Through olive oil and honey tastings, hands-on cookalongs, and shared meals, she shows how nourishing food can also be deeply joyful.
Together, we’ve designed these ‘Wellness & Culinary’ retreats so that Pilates, outdoor living, and mindful eating work hand in hand — leaving you refreshed, energised, and inspired.
