Since MasterChef, I’ve cooked, written, judged, and travelled — but it is hosting retreats that gives me the most pleasure. In Crete, where I was born, and Morocco, which I have cherished for over 40 years, I invite you to taste, learn, and connect in small groups of up to 14 guests. Together, we cook, share olive oil and honey tastings, explore wine with local sommeliers, and meet the people who keep food traditions alive.
