I wonder why it took me years to remember how much I loved Morocco when I first visited in 1981 with my husband and mum. I guess, needing and wanting to spend time in Crete while my mum was alive was the priority but last year John and I loved it so much that we went back 5 days after we had returned from the first trip. The first time, we had spent time in a smart hotel in Taghazout and the second time in a beautiful villa/hotel 30 minutes from the centre of Marrakech. This year, I held three different retreats there and I believe every single guest loved their time there, particularly as the weather in Northern Europe and the US is not great during January and February.
