I so loved taking part in the Taste Cumbria Cockermouth festival, this my beloved home being such a foodie county! While I was there, I was thrilled to show two lovely BBC presenters how to make a quick snack with homemade pitta and lashings of good cheese, so much tastier and cheaper than a bad shop bought sandwich! Watch out for a new BBC2 programme to air Spring 2023 called Food Fest to see lovely Edith Bowman and Sean Fletcher try many different foods and meet passionate producers and foodies up and down the country!
