I loved designing a canape and bowl menu and cooking with the resident team of Six Park Place in Mayfair for guests of the travel industry at an event hosted by the Greek National Tourism Organisation on the 7th November to coincide with the first day of the World Travel Market in London. I particularly enjoyed handing out the award for best cultural destination (all 10 awards had been picked by UK visitors to Greece) won by Athens.
