I was thrilled to be invited to cook for the guests of both Nido and the brand new Elix hotels of Marbella Collection in Corfu and on the mainland opposite in Karavostasi. Both dinners were received triumphantilly by the Greek press and I had great fun with the hotel kitchen teams.
