I was invited to host an event for press and influencers at the Guild Of Fine Food premises in London for www.mediterraneanaperitivo.com. I needed to feature Amalfi lemons, Vermouth di Torino, Pecorino Toscano and Olives from Western Greece. It was a joy working on this project and I had a lot of fun creating recipes, including my own Negroni Sbagliato.
