Just before and straight after the Olive Oil Sommelier course, the amazing photographer David Loftus assisted by the very talented stylist Philippa Spence and of course the editorial team and friends who acted as home economists, gathered together in the stunning accommodation of Otter Tarn and photographed the dishes of my first cookery book, Under The Olive Tree. I had a wonderful time even though it was intense. A lot of food to be eaten too! I will never pick up a recipe book the same way again, now that I know all the work that goes into them!
