Invited by Odysea Limited I was at their stand for two days over this incredible food festival and loved every minute of it.
I showed visitors to the stand how to create a stunning and delicious spread just using some Odysea cheese and their meze range in jars and also loved giving an olive oil tasting. Everyone visiting Regents Park over the four days is a true foodie and it is always a joy for me being surrounded by people interested in eating well.
The highlight was meeting Alexis Conran, an actor, present and MasterChef Celebrity winner of Greek origin. I was so glad to see the season of food festivals well and truly started. May covid become a long and distant memory for all of us!
